Angel of Lower Wacker was founded by Dr. Patrick Angelo, whose mission is to serve the unhoused community throughout the Chicagoland area. Through the kind hearts of volunteers and various partnerships, the charity provides food, water, clothing, toiletries, showers, tents and numerous other resources to help our friends in need.
